Housekeeping communication needs clarity!!! Rooms lack coffee makers, a much-needed facility!!! It was disappointing to deal with a towel mix-up. Just a few missteps could greatly enhance the experience.

gorgeous location

excellent staff

Positive, The location is gorgeous, and the large double room I stayed in was spacious with a great view. The highlight was an excellent staff member who helped us start a cozy fire and sold us two amazing bottles of wine. 🍷

The stay was quite memorable, especially because we were able to enjoy some delicious wine sold by a fantastic staff member who also helped us start a cozy fire. The large double room we had was really spacious and offered a lovely view. Exploring local wineries like Tienda de Quesos y Vinos Cremeria los Globos just a short drive away was a highlight of our trip. However, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room to enjoy my morning brew.

beautiful setting with lovely outdoor spaces perfect for relaxation. the welcome drink made us feel special and the staff was attentive, especially the friendly guy who helped us with our wine selection.

The Large Double or Twin Room was pretty comfy, and I loved how spacious it felt. The bed was nice, and it had a great view of the surroundings. However, I wish it had a coffee maker. I really missed having my morning coffee in the room. The only bummer was some mix-up with towels, but it didn't ruin our stay.

vinas del castillo has gorgeous views and our large double room was spacious and comfortable. the highlight was the friendly guy who helped us start a cozy fire and even sold us two bottles of delicious wine to enjoy by it!

excellent service

gorgeous location with excellent wine service and amenities nearby that make your stay unforgettable

The heated swimming pool and wellness centre made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the beautiful surroundings and fantastic service.
